Please join me and my co-leader, Duncan, for a once in a lifetime Yoga Retreat experience!

What’s Included: Beautiful Private Beachfront accommodations, 3 meals/day, drinks, 2 yoga classes daily (classes are catered to all levels from beginners to intermediate), heated outdoor pool, ping-pong, kayaks, paddleboards, beach bonfires and more.


  • King Bedroom for 2 w/private bath : $3,300 each

Ignite & Flow is an invigorating Heated Vinyasa Yoga class that takes participants on a journey of dynamic movement and self-discovery.  This class weaves together a sequence of sun salutations, core-strengthening exercises, and relaxation to deepen self-awareness and promote overall well-being.

Friday 9:30-10:30 am

Chill Bliss is a soothing and nurturing yoga practice offering delicious stretching, relaxation and tranquility. Designed to melt away tension and promote a sense of inner calm, this very gentle yoga practice is specifically crafted to help you find relief from the stresses of daily life and recharge your body.

Sunday 10:30-11:45 am

Rise & Thrive is a moderate level flow class dedicated to deepening your connection to the essence of yoga.  It’s an invitation to cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself with an emphasis on mindfulness, self-acceptance, and self-exploration. In this dynamic and heated yoga class, you will experience a balanced flow that combines fluid movements, mindful transitions, and energizing sequences to build strength, improve flexibility, promote ease, and cultivate inner harmony.

True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived.
