The techniques of breath and focus allows the mind to calm, creating a lightness in the harmony of movement and breath.

The postures (called asanas) of yoga create a warm flow of circulation, energizing the body, developing strength, flexibility and healing into the areas of ourselves where we have disconnected.

True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived.

Yoga is a way of creating a deeper awareness about ourselves so that as we engage with the inner wisdom within us, we are able to navigate better choices in our life. Choices that are in alignment with who we are and what feels good.

It’s important to nourish and to take care of yourself so that you preserve the beauty of your life, live to your fullest expression, feel strong, confident, balanced, competent, happy and live a good quality of life.

It is vital that we take responsibility for our health, our choices, our words, our actions, our life…this is living powerfully.
